Made-to-Order Prints
All Zodiac Studio prints are produced to order specifically for you. Because each piece is printed individually, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defect reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind the quality of every Zodiac Studio print.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

Clear photos showing the issue

What We Cover
We will replace items in the following situations:

Printing defects or misprints

Poor print quality or colour issues

Damage during shipping
-
Incorrect item received
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement print free of charge.
In most cases you will not need to return the damaged item.
What We Cannot Cover
Because each print is produced to order, we are unable to provide replacements for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selected during ordering
-
Damage that occurs after delivery
Replacement Process
Once we receive your claim and supporting photos, we will review it within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will:

Arrange a replacement print at no cost

Provide updated shipping information once dispatched
In the rare situation where a replacement cannot be produced, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.

European Union Customers
Our prints are made to order and produced specifically for each purchase. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.
However, you are fully protected if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, as outlined above.
