1. Are the prints original artworks?

Each Zodiac Studio print is created from original studio drawings and produced using archival pigment printing on museum-grade paper.

The artworks are designed as part of curated collections exploring identity, archetypes, and the spaces we share with dogs.

2. What paper are the prints produced on?

Our prints are produced on heavyweight 250gsm archival paper with a matte, uncoated finish.

The paper is acid-free and museum-grade, ensuring the artwork maintains its colour and integrity over time.

3. Are the prints framed?

Prints are sold unframed so they can be styled to suit your space and framing preferences.

4. Where are the prints produced?

Zodiac Studio prints are produced on demand through our global print partner.

Orders are printed at the facility closest to you to minimise shipping time and environmental impact.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Each piece is produced to order.

Production typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping:

• Australia: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–15 business days

6. What if my print arrives damaged?

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days at hello@zodiacstudio.com.au with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

7. Can I return my order?

Because each print is produced to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.
